Pay Scale Details
|

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 –3% –₹1,40,000/- during the one-year training period, with a starting Basic Pay of ₹40,000/-, irrespective of their previous experience or last drawn Basic Pay in any organization. No pay protection shall be admissible. In addition to the Basic Pay, the trainees shall be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), perquisites under the cafeteria approach, bachelor accommodation, medical facilities, Performance Related Pay (PRP) and superannuation benefits as per the rules of the Company in force from time to time. Upon successful completion of training i.e. subject to fulfilling the required performance related/ other criterion of the Company in force & amended from time to time, they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60000-3%-180000/- with one additional increment.
