About Post : Indian Coast Guard (Ministry of Defence) has released the notification for the Coast Guard Enrolled Persons Test (CGEPT) for Batches 01/2027 & 02/2027. Applications are invited from eligible Male and Female Indian candidates for the recruitment of Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch), Yantrik (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), and Hygienist-I. - Stage-I : Computer Based Online Examination (CBE)
- Stage-II : Physical Test (PFT), Assessment & Adaptability Test, DV & Initial Medicals
- Stage-III : Final Document Verification and Pre-Enrolment Medicals at INS Chilka
- Stage-IV : Original Document Verification / Authentication with Boards / Universities

Pay Scale Details

Yantrik : Basic pay Rs. 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, Yantrik pay Rs. 6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty / place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.

Navik (General Duty) : Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.

Navik (Domestic Branch) : Basic Pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.
