Punjab Police Constable 2024 Appointment Letters :- Distribution of Appointment Letters to Newly Recruitment Constables (2024) on 11.01.2026.On the subject cited above, it is informed that Hon’ble Chief Minister, Punjab will distribute appointment letters to the newly recruited candidates selected against 1746 posts of Constables in District and Armed Police Cadre of Punjab Police at PAP Complex, Jalandhar, on 11.01.2026.ADGP, SAP, Jalandhar is requested to depute an officer of rank of Assistant Commandant/Commandant and each CP/District is requested to depute one officer of the rank of DSP as Nodal Officer to attend the function along with the new recruits. The name of the nominated Nodal Officer may be intimated to this office by 10:00 AM on 08.01.2026. The Nodal Officer shall carry the appointment letters of all candidates joining on the said date and ensure that the fresh recruits are informed well in advance and attend the event positively. The Nodal Officer must reach the venue along with the candidates at 10:00 AM sharp on 11.01.2026. The concerned Districts/Units shall make necessary arrangements for transportation of all candidates to the venue, for which the Nodal Officer shall coordinate with the respective District/Unit.
