Important Instructions for Admission

I have read and understood the contents of the Prospectus issued by PNRC and the eligibility criteria prescribed therein. I shall abide by the rules, regulations and admission process of seat allotment as specified by the PNRC.

I understand that if any discrepancy is found in my original documents, including proof of reservation category, sub-category, date of birth, etc., during the verification of documents at the time of reporting in Nursing Institute, my provisionally allotted seat will be canceled and I will have no right to claim it.

I will ensure that the all the information provided during counselling/admission process by me is genuine and authentic.

I understand that a non-refundable counseling fee will be charged to participate in Centralized Online Counseling: For SC/ST category (Application Fee: Rs. 500/- + 18% GST = Rs. 590/-) and for other categories (Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/- + 18% GST = Rs. 1,180/-). This fee will neither be refunded nor adjusted against any other fee In any circumstances. This will neither refund nor transfer to any other course fee.

I declare that I will not disclose or share my Login ID and Password with anybody. I understand that I am solely responsible for safeguarding my password and PNRC will not be responsible for any misuse of my password.

Candidates are advised to fill in their details carefully, as the seat allotted based on incorrect credentials will not be considered by the institute at the time of reporting.

I understand that to claim reservation under any category, the certificate must have been issued on or before the last date of counseling. If I’m not able to furnish original documents as prescribed in prospectus then my provisional allotment of seat will be cancelled.

For any clarification or dispute, the decision of Punjab Nurses Registration Council Mohali shall be final and binding on all.

All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Mohali Court.
